We will send you a quotation created based on your request by email or fax.

3．Order

When ordering, please order by phone or by using the dedicated form (email).
Based on the contents of your inquiry, we will contact you regarding possible delivery dates and transfer information.

※All of our products are made to order. Each item is hand-woven, so depending on the content of your request, it may take some time. If you place an order with a large quantity, please place an order with more time than the schedule you need. (Reference schedule: Approximately 1 to 2 months)

４．Payment

Regarding payment, we will receive an advance payment according to the content of your request before we start production.
The balance is paid before the product is shipped. Please note that.

Normally, shipping from Okinawa may take some time to arrive, unlike other prefectures. Delays in payment will affect the delivery date you desire. Thank you for your understanding.
